What we collect

The forms on this site ask for your name, your company or hotel, a way to contact you, and the message you choose to write. We collect nothing else. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts.

To keep automated spam out, a form collects a one-time code from our server before it sends, and the server checks when the message arrives. Nothing is stored on your device. The server keeps short-lived technical logs, including IP addresses, to block abuse.

What we use it for

To respond to your request: booking a call, reviewing a provider application, sharing investor materials, or answering a message. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, and we do not add you to mailing lists.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to the founders’ internal work channels and mailbox. They are kept for as long as the conversation they belong to stays relevant.

Write to info@nexiapaytech.com to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted. We will do so unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

Guests of partner hotels

This website is for hotels, providers and partners. Purchases made on Nexiapaytech terminals in hotels are governed by the terms shown on the terminal at the time of purchase and by the provider’s own terms.
