For hotels
The hotel case, in full.
A self-service sales point for tours, transfers, car rental and activities, installed in your lobby in one visit and run by Nexiapaytech. Commercial terms are agreed per property.
1 visit
Installation. A unit at the desk, a screen in the lobby where traffic justifies it, live the same day.
6 categories
Transfers, car rental, tours, activities, spa and entertainment, on one screen at the desk.
Monthly
Reporting rhythm. Providers are settled automatically; the hotel receives its share under the agreement, with a statement.
The service contract is formed directly between the guest and the provider. Nexiapaytech (Citynex LLC) acts as a disclosed commercial agent and receives a commission.
What installation involves
One visit, three requirements.
- 01
A power socket
The unit plugs in at the desk. No wiring work, no drilling, no cabling through the lobby.
- 02
Hotel Wi-Fi
The unit runs on your guest or staff network. Nothing touches your PMS or your booking systems.
- 03
A spot on the counter
The footprint is a tablet stand with a card reader. Where traffic justifies it, a floor screen joins it in the lobby.
FAQ
The questions GMs ask.
What does it cost the hotel?
Commercial terms are agreed per property. There is no hardware for the hotel to buy: the unit, the catalogue and the support belong to Nexiapaytech, which installs and runs the sales point.
What does the front desk have to do?
Nothing is asked of your staff. Guests browse and book on their own. The desk hosts the unit; it does not sell from it.
Does it need our PMS or our IT?
No. The unit runs on hotel Wi-Fi and a power socket. No wiring work, no PMS integration, no software on your side.
How long does installation take?
One visit. The unit is placed at the front desk; a larger screen goes into the lobby where traffic justifies it. It transacts from the day it is placed.
Who is the guest actually buying from?
From the provider. The provider’s name is shown before purchase, and the service contract is formed directly between the guest and the provider. Nexiapaytech (Citynex LLC) acts as a disclosed commercial agent and receives a commission.
How does the hotel get paid?
The hotel receives its share under the agreement. A statement and the payout arrive monthly.
What if a guest has a problem with a booking?
The provider delivers the service under its own terms. Nexiapaytech runs the channel and handles first-line questions about bookings made on it.
Which hotels run it today?
Gallery Palace, Hotel Solé Palace, Citrus, Astoria Tbilisi, Gino Seaside Tbilisi and Hotel Monday, all in Tbilisi. A further 320 Georgian hotels have signed for the rollout, with access and support through the Georgian Hotel & Restaurant Federation.
